Plant lovers and connoisseurs of landscape design will appreciate the scope of the ornamental and fruit plant nursery in the village of Altaysk. Here is a real kingdom of plants, which are located on an area of 17 hectares! And behind the nursery there are fields with medicinal plants - the famous burdock, marsh hodgepodge, echinacea, cinquefoil, buckwheat, rows of currants, raspberries, an experienced plantation of golden root, ginseng, lacquered tinder fungus ... The Winter Garden is a project of the Biolit company, which was launched in 2014.

What's interesting in the Winter Garden?

1. Alpine slide complexan area of 500 square meters, where more than 250 species and varieties of flowers, trees and shrubs grow. The construction of all the alpine slides took 20 tons of rocks.
2. Ginsengariumwith flowering and fruiting ginseng. Ginseng is an amazing plant. Everything in it is unusual: both its development and the impact on the human body. On the excursion you can see ginseng plantations with seedlings and already mature fruiting plants.
3. Tropical greenhouseexotic plants with an area of 600 sq. meters. It contains over 200 species of tropical and exotic plants. On a tour of the greenhouse, you will learn how to grow coffee and bananas at home, how to feed a fern, how many years it takes to form a standard juniper and which plants are called standard plants. See dwarf pineapples and, of course, admire the blooming phalaenopsis.
4. Collection of unique coniferous and deciduous trees and shrubs(April-October).
5. Seedling nurserywith a closed root system (more than 450 species) of fruit, ornamental, deciduous and coniferous plants for garden and home (April-October). Quality planting material with a strong and healthy root system. All plants are grown by cuttings or grafting, are adapted to the Siberian climate and tolerate transportation and transplantation well.
